These terms apply to your use of Koma (“the app”), published by GLSPACE Co., Ltd.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
Koma is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel. Buying it once lets you restore the purchase on your other devices using the same Apple Account.
A seven-day trial begins the first time you open the writing screen — not when you install the app. Developing a roll usually takes weeks, so counting from installation would end the trial before your film came back.
After the trial ends, logging, rolls, gear, importing and lining up scans remain available at no charge. Writing EXIF into your scans requires the purchase.
Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Koma writes standard EXIF tags into copies of the files you select. It does not modify your original files and does not re-encode the image data.
It cannot guarantee that every file produced by every lab or scanner can be processed. In particular, where a TIFF already contains EXIF written by the scanner, those existing values cannot be replaced; only fields that were absent are added. JPEG does not have this restriction.
Location is recorded only when the device is able to obtain a sufficiently recent and accurate fix. Frames logged without one are saved without a location.
Matching your records to the scans is confirmed by you before anything is written. Please check the result before relying on it.
The app is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from its use. Keep your own backups of files that matter to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.

本規約は、GLSPACE 株式会社が提供する Koma（以下「本アプリ」）の利用について定めるものです。
利用者には、本アプリを個人で利用するための、譲渡できない権利が許諾されます。転売・再配布・リバースエンジニアリングは許諾の範囲に含まれません。
本アプリは買い切りであり、サブスクリプションではありません。自動で更新されることはなく、解約の手続きもありません。一度購入すれば、同じ Apple アカウントの他の端末で購入を復元できます。
7 日間の試用は、インストール時ではなく、書き戻しの画面を初めて開いたときから始まります。現像には数週間かかることが多く、インストール起算ではフィルムが戻る前に試用が終わってしまうためです。
試用の終了後も、記録・ロール・機材・取り込み・並び合わせは無料でお使いいただけます。スキャン画像への EXIF 書き戻しには購入が必要です。
購入手続きは Apple が行っています。返金は Apple へ reportaproblem.apple.com からご申請ください。
本アプリは、選択されたファイルの複製に標準的な EXIF タグを書き込みます。元のファイルを変更することはなく、画像データを再エンコードすることもありません。
ただし、あらゆる現像所・スキャナが出力したファイルを処理できることは保証しません。とくに、スキャナが既に EXIF を書き込んでいる TIFF については、その既存の値を上書きできません。元から入っていなかった項目のみが追加されます。JPEG にこの制約はありません。
位置情報は、十分に新しく精度のある測位が得られた場合にのみ記録されます。得られなかったコマは、位置が入らないまま保存されます。
記録とスキャン画像の対応づけは、書き込みの前に利用者ご自身で確認していただく設計です。結果をご確認のうえでご利用ください。
本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。法令上許される範囲において、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について開発者は責任を負いません。大切なファイルはご自身でもバックアップを取ってください。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
本規約を変更した場合、このページ冒頭の日付を更新します。

试用结束后，记录、胶卷、器材、导入和对齐依然免费可用。把 EXIF 写进扫描件需要购买。
购买由 Apple 处理。退款请向 Apple 申请：reportaproblem.apple.com。
本应用会把标准 EXIF 标签写入你所选文件的副本。不会改动原文件，也不会重新编码图像数据。
但我们无法保证能够处理所有冲洗店、所有扫描仪输出的文件。特别是当 TIFF 中已经由扫描仪写入 EXIF 时，那些既有的值无法覆盖，只有原本缺失的项目会被补上。JPEG 没有这个限制。
位置信息只在设备取得足够新、足够准确的定位时才会记录。未能取得时，该张会在不带位置的情况下保存。
记录与扫描件的对应关系，需要你在写入前自行确认。请确认结果后再使用。
本应用按现状提供。在法律允许的范围内，开发者不对因使用本应用而产生的损害承担责任。重要的文件请你自己也保留备份。
本条款适用日本法律。
如本条款有所变更，本页顶部的日期会随之更新。
