When does the trial start, and what happens after?

It starts the first time you open the writing screen, and runs for seven days. When it ends, logging and everything around it keeps working; only writing EXIF into scans needs the purchase.

How do I cancel?

There is nothing to cancel. Koma is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so nothing renews.

I got a new phone. How do I get my purchase back?

Open the purchase screen and use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. If iCloud is on, your rolls and frames come across with it.

The scans came back in the wrong order.

That is normal — labs often scan from the tail of the roll. On the line-up screen, “Reverse the whole roll” fixes it in one tap. If there is an extra frame at the start, such as the film leader, tap it to skip it.

Nothing was written into my TIFF files.

If your scanner already wrote EXIF into the TIFF, those values cannot be replaced; only fields that were missing, such as location and date, are added. JPEG does not have this restriction.

Some frames have no location.

Location is only recorded when the watch has a recent and accurate enough fix. Indoors, underground or right after opening the app there may not be one, and the frame is saved without it. A wrong location would be worse than none, so a doubtful fix is discarded rather than used.

Will this touch my original scans?

No. New files are written to a folder you choose, and the image data is copied through without being re-encoded.

What do I need to run it?

iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Logging from the wrist needs an Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later.

書き戻しの画面を初めて開いたときから 7 日間です。終了後も記録まわりはそのまま使えます。購入が必要になるのは、スキャン画像への EXIF 書き戻しだけです。

解約はどうすればよいですか

解約の手続きはありません。本アプリは買い切りで、サブスクリプションではないため、自動で更新されることがありません。

機種変更しました。購入を引き継ぐには

購入画面で、同じ Apple アカウントで「購入を復元」してください。iCloud を有効にしていれば、ロールとコマも一緒に引き継がれます。

スキャンの順序が逆でした

よくあることで、現像所がフィルムの尾から読み取ると起こります。並び合わせの画面で「全体を逆順にする」を押せば 1 タップで直ります。先頭にベロなど余分な画像がある場合は、その画像を押して除外してください。

TIFF に何も書き込まれません

スキャナが既にその TIFF へ EXIF を書き込んでいる場合、既存の値は上書きできません。元から入っていなかった項目（位置・日時など）のみが追加されます。JPEG にこの制約はありません。

位置が入っていないコマがあります

位置は、十分に新しく精度のある測位が得られたときにだけ記録されます。屋内・地下・アプリを開いた直後などでは得られないことがあり、その場合は位置なしで保存されます。間違った位置は位置が無いことより悪いので、疑わしい測位は使わずに捨てています。

元のスキャン画像は変更されますか

いいえ。選んでいただいたフォルダへ別のファイルとして書き出します。画像データは再エンコードせずそのまま複製します。

動作環境を教えてください

iOS 17 以降の iPhone です。手首での記録には watchOS 10 以降の Apple Watch が必要です。

试用什么时候开始，结束后会怎样？

从你第一次打开写入界面开始，为期 7 天。结束后，记录相关的功能照常可用，只有把 EXIF 写进扫描件这一步需要购买。

怎么取消？

没有需要取消的东西。本应用是一次买断，不是订阅，不会自动续费。

换了新手机，怎么找回购买？

在购买界面用同一个 Apple 账户点“恢复购买”。如果开着 iCloud，胶卷和记录也会一起过来。

扫描件的顺序是反的

这很常见，冲洗店有时会从胶卷尾部开始扫。在对齐界面点“整卷倒序”，一下就能修正。如果开头多出片头之类的图，点那张图把它排除即可。

TIFF 里什么都没写进去

如果扫描仪已经在那份 TIFF 里写了 EXIF，既有的值无法覆盖，只有原本缺失的项目（位置、时间等）会被补上。JPEG 没有这个限制。

有些张次没有位置信息

只有在取得足够新、足够准确的定位时才会记录位置。在室内、地下或刚打开应用时可能取不到，这时会在不带位置的情况下保存。错误的位置比没有位置更糟，所以可疑的定位我们宁可丢弃。

会改动我原来的扫描件吗？

不会。会写到你指定的文件夹里，另存为新文件，图像数据原样复制，不重新编码。

运行环境是什么？

iOS 17 或更高版本的 iPhone。若要在手腕上记录，需要 watchOS 10 或更高版本的 Apple Watch。
